Usual basic kit, pencils (3 or 4 of varying hardness), eraser, fineliners, cartridge paper (A3 or bigger; or loose sheets of white paper)  

 

Optional: 

any tools you like to use for handwriting, such as brush pens, felt tip pens, marker pens, charcoal pencils plus any other implements you wish to explore (e.g. automatic pen /ruling pen / balsa wood - in which case, bring black ink). 

 

Large pieces of scrap paper will be supplied but please feel free to bring along your own if you have any that needs using up.
